The organizer summarized expected turnout: "We're only looking at 65 people... probably 65 to 100 people is a reasonable enough people to have it start there." The board asked the organizer to coordinate permits and police support and to keep staff advised; staff emphasized security concerns when buildings are used outside normal hours.
