County Administrator Kevin Frymire asked commissioners to approve replacing the Courthouse and Pine Street phone systems with a proposal from Inside Connection Communications, Inc. totaling $69,960. Frymire said the Health Department move to Pine Street accelerated the timeline because the Pine Street building will require more phone lines than currently available. Commissioners waived purchasing policy and approved the proposal; staff said the system is expandable for future growth and was budgeted in the 2025 CIP at $75,000.
Commissioners approved the purchase unanimously and directed staff to proceed with implementation and installation to support departmental relocations.
