The Board formally handled several procedural items at the July 20 meeting. Mary Craig moved to accept the July 6 minutes with an edit (proposed by Laurance Venezia to clarify a comment about rats on Cape Cod); Scott Brewer seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Hillard Boskey announced that Laurance Venezia will serve as the Board clerk. Later in the meeting the Board voted unanimously to hold an open working meeting (no public testimony) to consult Town Counsel regarding the stable/goat license applications for 88 & 100 Mill Lane. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.; the adjournment motion was made by Mary Craig, seconded by Scott Brewer, and passed unanimously.
