Harvey County commissioners approved a mid-year change to the Health Department's fee schedule during their July 1 meeting, citing updates to product costs and staff time required to deliver services. Health Department Director Lynnette Redington told the board the biannual review is intended to keep fees aligned with costs and that the department sometimes shares vaccines with neighboring counties and is reimbursed in product or funding.
"The fee schedule takes into account the cost of product and service time for staff to complete tasks," Redington said. Terry Scott moved to approve the change effective July 1, 2025; Becky Reimer seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
