The Commission voted to approve a draft letter to the Mayor raising accessibility concerns at the Maui County Building, 200 High Street in Wailuku. Vice Chair Lehua Chang moved the item and Commissioner David Tallant seconded; the motion was recorded as approved with a 5 - 0 tally while Commissioner Victor Lesa was present in the meeting but did not cast a vote because he had temporarily left the room.
The draft letter will be transmitted to the Mayor’s office requesting attention to the accessibility issues identified by the Commission.
