The Commission authorized Chair Cayla Kutaka to present impact data from the 2025 Talking Is Teaching bus poster project at the Agriculture, Diversification, Environment, and Public Transportation (ADEPT) committee meeting on May 21, 2026. Chair Kutaka moved to approve the drafted slides and to represent the Commission at ADEPT; the motion carried unanimously (7-0, 2 absences).
Chair Kutaka said the information and data in the slides were received from Ho'oikaika Partnership and noted a Ho'oikaika representative was not available to co-present on the meeting date. Commissioners discussed whether another individual could co-present to provide broader context but ultimately approved the Chair to proceed as liaison to the County Council committee.
