Sustainable Property Program reaches 87 signs; some recipients want recognition at Board meeting

Erin Crump told the council there are 87 Sustainable Property Program (SPP) signs displayed around the community and that a web map shows participating properties. Crump said there were no new applications at the time of the meeting but that several recent recipients are interested in receiving their signs at a Board of Supervisors meeting.
Crump also suggested the library might showcase EAC backpacks that have been checked out 10 times. The EAC discussed outreach options to raise program visibility and to coordinate sign presentations with Board meetings when recipients request recognition.
