At its Dec. 1 meeting the Bristow Municipal Authority approved a consent agenda that included multiple claims and payroll items and a budgeted $50,000 transfer to the City General Fund. Trustee Joe Church moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Kevin Deshazo seconded; a roll call recorded Church, Deshazo, Fletcher, Green, Groom, Johns and Roberts as voting Aye and the motion passed.
The minutes itemized the financial approvals: Maintenance Claims in the amount of $87,711.88; Paid Claims $1,220.92; Actual Payroll Claims $16,819.19 for the pay period ending Nov. 21, 2025; Actual Longevity Payroll Claims $3,377.45 for the pay period ending Nov. 26, 2025; and Estimated Payroll Claims $21,860.26 for the pay period ending Dec. 5, 2025. The consent package also included a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund.
Earlier in the meeting trustees also approved the minutes of the Nov. 17, 2025 meeting (motion by Trustee Joe Church, seconded by Trustee Jeff Roberts). The meeting record shows no public comment and no recorded opposition to the financial items.
