Council Member Lilah Gripne moved approval; Council Member Gabrier Perez seconded and the motion was adopted unanimously. The change order extends the project closeout date to Nov. 1 to allow time for the work and financing to be completed. The council record shows the action was taken as a formal contract modification tied to the CSAH 56/38 project coordination described by the city engineer.
