Bristow authority authorizes purchase contract for property at 34335 Highway 16

When Trustee Johns asked whether the property lies in the county and would require annexation, Mayor Wyatt replied, "No." The board authorized payment of $1,100 in earnest money and approved the contract execution contingent on the availability of funding; the minutes record no additional conditions or public comment.
