The Bristow Municipal Authority voted unanimously to approve a multi‑item consent agenda that included payroll, claims and fund transfers at its Dec. 15 meeting. Trustee Joe Church moved to adopt the consent agenda and Trustee Judd Johns seconded; Church, Deshazo, Groom, Johns, Roberts and Witty recorded 'Aye' on the roll call.
The consent package listed a $17,515.52 maintenance claim, $532.08 in unpaid claims and actual payroll claims of $12,363.83 for the pay period ending Dec. 5, 2025. The board also approved estimated payroll amounts of $14,989.91 (Dec. 19, 2025 pay period) and $21,860.26 (Jan. 2, 2026 pay period), and a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund. Two large contractor invoices tied to Oklahoma Highway 66 utility relocations were included: Claim #20930 to Timco Blasting & Coating for $80,298.00 (water line relocation) and Claim #20931 to Timco Blasting & Coating for $298,694.48 (sewer line relocation), both noted as reimbursable by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. The consent agenda also included Claim #20933 to Holloway, Updike & Bellen for $9,200 for the Northside Water and Sewer Extension.
The approvals were recorded as routine municipal business; no public discussion on the claims or transfer was recorded in the minutes. The motions and roll‑call votes were captured verbatim in the minutes: "Motion was made by Church with a second by Roberts approving the Meeting Minutes of December 1, 2025, meeting."
