Several board members discussed where academic dishonesty enforcement belongs between classroom grading practices and administrative policy; staff said the district's behavior support matrix and responsible use policies intersect with academic honesty and more detail may be appropriate in accompanying administrative regulations.
Board members supported further work and set a target of Feb. 26 for the third reading to allow time for staff to gather input and refine language before final action.
