The Mummery Township Planning Board on Aug. 3 agreed to adjourn consideration of a minor site-plan application for 306 South Main LLC until a special meeting scheduled for Aug. 24 at 6:30 p.m.
Board members said staff received review letters and the applicant asked for time to review them. Mayor Wolf moved for a special meeting on Aug. 24 to allow the applicant to present; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. The board noted that, unless the Aug. 24 meeting is cancelled, this announcement will serve as public notice of the application's reappearance on the agenda.
An applicant representative identified himself in the record as Dave Goldman of 306 South Main LLC. The board did not take substantive site-plan action at the Aug. 3 meeting and instead set the matter to return to the board for full consideration on the scheduled special meeting date.
