Makanda board accepts treasurer's report and authorizes payment of bills

The Village of Makanda Board of Trustees voted Feb. 3 to accept the Treasurer's Report and to pay the village's outstanding bills. Trustee Wolff moved the motion and Trustee Dalton seconded; a voice vote recorded all members present at roll call voting yes.
Earlier in the meeting the board also approved the minutes from the previous meeting by voice vote on a motion from Trustee Wolff, seconded by Trustee Dalton. The Finance Committee provided a reminder that it will meet Feb. 14 at 9 a.m. at Village Hall to review fiscal items and any follow-up from tonight's actions.
