County approves chip‑seal contract, asks towns to clarify bike‑path maintenance

Public commenters Bill Ames (Wyoming Mule Deer Alliance) and Mike Anselmi urged the board to oppose a proposed BLM bike trail; commissioners differed on whether to draft a letter of opposition or gather more information.
