County Attorney Doug Masson said the commissioners’ review will focus on whether the township applied the standards correctly; he reiterated that the board must issue its determination within five business days of the hearing. The board did not vote on the underlying assistance denial at the meeting; instead members reserved decision-making for a later written determination.
