Commissioners approve Avenew amendment for $2.27M Bridge 530 and $1.2M traffic signal

The amendment sets a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for Bridge 530 at $2,271,500 with a completion date of November 2026, and a GMP of $1,200,000 for the Yeager/Kalberer traffic signal with a December 2026 completion target. County staff indicated these are Phase 1 infrastructure investments intended to support commercial development in the area.
