The Bristow City Council on Dec. 15 unanimously approved its Dec. 1, 2025 meeting minutes and a consent agenda that included payroll and a set of claims.
The consent agenda approved maintenance claims of $38,615.06, unpaid claims of $1,672.00, a paid claim of $30.00, actual payroll of $106,384.59 for the pay period ending Dec. 5, 2025, estimated payroll of $108,782.86 for the pay period ending Dec. 19, 2025, and estimated payroll of $108,077.08 for the pay period ending Jan. 2, 2026. The council also approved Claim #20175 to Andy Armstrong for $1,000.00 (grant administration for Heartland Industrial Park, paid from the Grant Match Fund), Claim #20174 to The Childs Firm, PLLC for $775.00 (legal work on Heartland Industrial Park, paid from the Grant Match Fund), and Blanket Claim #16429 to The Bristow Golf Course for $2,940.00 (insurance stipend for grounds keeper, $420 per month for December 2025 through June 2026, paid from the City General Fund).
Mayor Kris Wyatt and councilmembers Joe Church, Kevin Deshazo, Frank Groom, Judd Johns, Jeff Roberts and Randy Witty recorded aye votes on the motions approving the minutes and the consent agenda. The clerk recorded the motions and roll-call approvals.
