Kai Tran also spoke as a candidate for County Commissioner District 5, described decades of community engagement and his nonprofit work, and said he would push for term limits at the county level. "I will be pushing and proposing at the county level for term limits," Tran said. Both speakers thanked council members for the opportunity to speak and left campaign literature with staff.
