Ross Valley board approves full slate of officers, representatives and committee assignments for FY2026–27
Summary
The board elected a full slate of officers and representatives by a single roll call vote, nominating Director Michael Boorstein as President, Director Pamela Meigs as Secretary, Director Thomas Gaffney as Treasurer, and naming representatives and alternates to CMSA, CSRMA and NBWA.
The Ross Valley Sanitary District Board elected officers, representatives and committee members for fiscal year 2026–27 by a single roll call vote. The motion to approve the full slate passed unanimously with Ayes from Boorstein, Gaffney, Kelly, Meigs and Sylla.
Nominations included Director Boorstein for President, Director Meigs for Secretary, Director Gaffney for Treasurer, and Andrew Poster and Kathleen Schaefer as Representatives to the Central Marin Sanitation Agency. Directors were also nominated to standing committees for finance, human resources, education and outreach, and the business plan.
