The motion to appoint (M/s Gaffney/Boorstein) passed by roll call: Ayes — Boorstein, Gaffney, Kelly, Meigs, Sylla.
The appointment follows a brief interview during which the board discussed the candidate’s qualifications. With Schaefer’s appointment, she will serve as one of RVSD’s representatives to CMSA; Andrew Poster was also nominated as a representative during the governance slate approved later in the meeting.
