The board recorded a unanimous roll-call vote in favor: Ayes—Boorstein, Gaffney, Kelly, Meigs and Sylla; Noes—none. The motion passed by roll call vote.
There was no public comment recorded. The board adjourned into closed session at 3:17 p.m. to consider matters listed under Item #5 on the agenda.
