The Ross Valley Sanitary District Board of Directors convened a special meeting on June 10, 2026 at 3:15 p.m. President Doug Kelly called the meeting to order, the clerk conducted roll call, and attendees recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Director Michael Boorstein moved and Director Thomas Gaffney seconded a motion to approve the agenda ("M/s Boorstein/Gaffney to approve the agenda"). The board recorded a unanimous roll-call vote in favor: Ayes—Boorstein, Gaffney, Kelly, Meigs and Sylla; Noes—none. The motion passed by roll call vote.
There was no public comment recorded. The board adjourned into closed session at 3:17 p.m. to consider matters listed under Item #5 on the agenda.
