The Ross Valley Sanitary District Board adopted Resolution No. 26-1688 approving the salary and benefit schedule for unrepresented employees and the full FY2026–27 salary schedule. The motion passed by roll call vote with Ayes from Boorstein, Gaffney, Kelly, Meigs and Sylla.
Assistant General Manager Felicia Newhouse introduced edits to the resolution, including an incentive program for alternative commuter transportation and a one-year program to offset inflationary commuting costs not to exceed $450 per person per year. The Board discussed comparable programs at other agencies and approved the resolution.
