Chairman Kris Wyatt called the Bristow Hospital Authority meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., and the clerk recorded the following trustees present: Joe Church, Kevin Deshazo, Frank Groom, Judd Johns, Jeff Roberts and Randy Witty. Trustees Jeryn Fletcher and Heather Green were absent.
Trustee Jeff Roberts moved to adjourn the meeting and Trustee Judd Johns seconded; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with all present trustees voting Aye. Secretary Sabrina Mounce signed the meeting minutes for the record.
