So for the work month, we did have a work value of $312,950, and we did collect $785 in fees," Cookson said as he reviewed the monthly report.

Board members emphasized the need for repairs, closed windows, yard cleanup and removal of the truck and wood materials; Cookson said Brown, as the titled owner, "listened" and staff expect progress in the coming week with a carpenter visit anticipated.
The department also noted ongoing code-enforcement activity: year-to-date the office has recorded 49 complaints, issued seven letters and produced 24 green cards; recent green-card follow-ups showed compliant responses on 11th Street and cleaned tree limbs at the north end of 12th Street.
