Items on the consent agenda included a special designated license for Thunder by the River at Wisner River Park scheduled for Aug. 20—22, 2026 (with stated hours on Thursday and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and Saturday from noon to 1:00 a.m.), approval of Brittney Uhing for membership to Wisner Fire & Rescue, and a fundraiser event for the Cow Town Car Club at the Wisner City Auditorium on Aug. 29, 2026. The council did not record separate roll-call votes for each listed consent item; the omnibus motion carried as presented.
