Other consent items included the donation of a 1999 Boston Whaler police boat to a volunteer fire department, program-year grant statements for community development and HOME programs, and ordinances to update references to the Virginia Board of Housing and Community Development code. The clerk recorded a seven-zero vote to adopt the consent agenda as presented.
