The consent calendar included approval of the Jan. 13, 2025 meeting minutes and routine items; a detailed donations list was accepted, including a $5,000 gift from Fidelity Charitable designated for the district splash pad, a $100 donation from Carrie Janes for student food service accounts (in memory of LuAnn Tober), three full backpacks of supplies from the Twin Runners Snowmobile Club, and several smaller donations to support the splash pad and 7M Upham Woods field trips. Board President Krista Flanagan thanked donors during the meeting.
The motion to approve the consent calendar was made by Troy Pankratz and seconded by Leslie Wright and passed by roll call 6-0 (Pankratz, Wright, Bizjak, Bush, Lokuta and Flanagan voting yes). The consent vote formalizes the payments and acceptance of listed gifts and places them on record for district accounting and reporting.
