Council approves conveyance of 3703 Bainbridge Boulevard to Chesapeake Land Bank

Vice Mayor Dietrich K. called the motion and the clerk recorded the vote. No members of the public spoke in opposition during the hearing. The council did not amend the ordinance; the council recorded the action as "Motion to approve the ordinance as presented is adopted by a 7-0 vote." The conveyance is intended to place the parcel under Land Bank authority for future disposition or redevelopment, as requested by Public Works.
