ISD 199 board unanimously approves agenda and consent items

Member Jacob Klingner moved to approve the agenda and Member Warrick seconded; "Motion carried 7-0," the minutes record. Later the board approved the consent agenda—comprising the June 23 regular and closed meeting minutes; June cash disbursements and check register; personnel transactions; a resolution accepting donations, gifts and grants; and Annual Fiscal Year Authorizations for 2025–2026—on a 7-0 vote after a motion by Member Niemioja and a second by Member Pierson.
The actions create no immediate programmatic changes; the consent items reflect routine governance tasks and authorization needed to operate in the coming fiscal year. The clerk certified the minutes of the meeting following adjournment.
