The Mansfield Affordable Housing Committee unanimously elected J. Armstrong as vice-chair and voted to enter an executive session to discuss the sale or purchase of real property at its June 4, 2026 meeting. Committee member R. Barnett moved to approve J. Armstrong as vice-chair, M. Wharton seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
The committee also voted, on a motion by J. Armstrong seconded by A. Miller, to enter executive session under CGS §1-200(6)(d) to discuss the sale or purchase of real property and to invite S. Ferrigno, Executive Director of the Mansfield Downtown Partnership, into that session; that motion passed unanimously. The meeting minutes record the approvals but the executive session itself is confidential under the cited statute.
