Joan Goldstein explained lenders will review developer debt capacity during VEPC’s 90‑day approval process and said the Town could potentially own a $1.4 million sewer pump station asset tied to this project; she also noted VEPC had 12 letters of interest for CHIP projects statewide but no full applications yet. Committee members were told there will be further updates at future meetings.
