Hill City approves ARCC IT services contract and North Homes CTSS agreement for 2026–27

At its June 22 meeting the Hill City board approved a Specific Services Contract with ARCC to provide finance/accounting, payroll/HR, and Infinite Campus support for the 2026–27 school year. The ARCC contract included a published fee schedule (e.g., membership fee $3,700 plus variable per‑ADM and per‑APU charges, tiered Infinite Campus rates), payment schedules and provisions for project services and bank reconciliation rates.
The board also approved a professional services agreement with North Homes, Inc. to provide Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) and related mental‑health services under Minnesota statutes and DHS rules for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027. The North Homes agreement specifies service roles, guardian consent requirements, billing to Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), and data/privacy obligations (HIPAA, FERPA) and sets termination and insurance provisions. Both motions passed unanimously by the four members present.
