President Ron Modglin called the Village of Cambria board to order at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2025, and trustees moved quickly into routine business, including a funding approval for wastewater infrastructure.
Trustee Mark Phillips moved to approve payment of $23,100.00 to PSC Engineers for the design of the Hall Street lift station, citing use of TIF funds to cover the cost; Trustee Robin McFarlin seconded. A roll-call vote was taken and all trustees present voted in favor. The payment was listed on the meeting agenda and approved as presented.
The vote is part of a cluster of infrastructure and public-works items the board addressed at the meeting. The trustees also approved other contracts and construction bids for water and sewer work during the same session.
