International Falls board reconvenes to approve agenda, then reaffirms Nexus contract

The Board of Education for Independent School District No. 361 reconvened Dec. 3, 2024 after an initial adjournment when it was determined the special meeting should have approved an agenda. Chair Roxanne Skogstad-Ditsch called the members back to the virtual session to correct the oversight.
Following reconvening, Toni Korpi moved to approve the meeting agenda and Tina Sather seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The board then again considered and approved the Nexus contract. The minutes state there was no discussion when the agenda was approved; they do not identify who conducted the "research" that prompted reconvening.
