Council adopts Ordinance 2026-11 allowing Recorder to use excess perpetuation fund revenue for 2027 expenses

Auditor Sandra L. Deena J. Lewis moved to adopt Ordinance 2026-11; Sonya Haas seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The ordinance states it is effective only for calendar year 2027 and is based on the Recorder’s sworn statement that excess revenue exists and the fund’s statutory purposes are satisfied.
