The board accepted the resignation of Kim Bailey, Junior High Volleyball Coach for the 2026 season, as part of the consent agenda. The consent agenda also included hiring Megan Aho as Assistant Girls Basketball Coach for 2026–2027, Rylie Donahue as an elementary teacher (BA, Step 1) and Cassey Casteel as a K–12 special education teacher (BA, Step 3), with the latter hire pending ability to obtain Out of Field permission.
Separately, the board approved a motion designating School Counselor Lisa Barber‑Tucci as the Floodwood School District's Homeless Liaison for compliance with the McKinney‑Vento Homeless Assistance Act; the motion was moved by Dave Rohde and seconded by Tracy Hutchinson and carried by unanimous voice vote.
