Both motions carried with five ayes (Trustees Charlie Shain, Nicole Shain, Gary Smith, Lorna Surman and Lori Togliatti) and one absent trustee, Paul Opyd.
Later in the meeting Trustee Lorna Surman moved to adjourn and Trustee Gary Smith seconded; the motion carried with the same tally. The minutes record no additional formal votes, ordinances or resolutions at the May 6 meeting.
