Consortium posts RFQ for West Glen work; selection slated for August meeting

Darren told the board the RFQ for the West Glen effort has been posted and will close on July 22; he said several firms have expressed interest and staff has posted addenda to answer questions. "We have posted the RFQ. It is it will close on the July 22," Darren said.
He said board members would review responses at the August meeting (tentatively Aug. 9–11, with Aug. 11 likely) and choose the most qualified firm. Staff also reported consulting municipal peers and subject-matter partners to better understand different pricing and service arrangements described in other cities’ service agreements.
