The Village of Carbon Cliff Board of Trustees approved filing the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2022, as prepared by Odoni Partners, LLC. The board noted the audit is complete and that the auditor will file the report with the state. The 2023 audit was reported as expected to be ready for presentation at the March 18 board meeting.
The Annual Financial Report and the accompanying motion to approve and file the report were included on the Village President's agenda and acted on through the consent agenda. The consent vote on Feb. 18 carried 5-yes, 0-no, 1-absent, which effectuated approval of the audit filing as presented.
