Selectman Bill Morrison said the Highville Road bridge project is well underway and that crews are preparing to set equipment boxes soon. He said Colburn Road work is scheduled to begin in the second week of August and warned residents that Colburn Road is narrow so they should expect constrained traffic patterns during the work.
Morrison added that after Colburn Road the town will perform line-scribing and line-striping work on Old Springfield Road and Hampton Road. He asked residents to be patient while crews finish these projects and said he will keep the public updated on progress.
