Warner and Kaine: carriers remain central but unmanned systems will change naval force mix

"I'm convinced the aircraft carrier is gonna will continue to be a major part of our our navy and our our future," Warner said, but he and Kaine said the service will also need to integrate unmanned systems and reconsider legacy systems as budgets and strategy evolve.
