Member Darrin Anderson introduced the resolution and Member Alex Carlson seconded; the roll-call vote recorded Carlson, Falling, Pennertz, Anderson and Provencher as voting "Aye." The motion carried on a roll-call vote of 5-0. The action directs district staff to submit the grant application as authorized by the board.
