The Rush City School Board approved the 2024–25 District Staff Handbook, High School and Elementary Student/Parent Handbooks, Coaches & Activities Student/Parent Handbooks, Tiger Care Handbook and Transportation Handbook at the Aug. 15 meeting. Rory Roth moved to approve the handbooks; Teri Umbreit seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also posted calendar items including a School Board Retreat on Aug. 18, 2024 (High School Media Center, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), a Work Session on Sept. 12, 2024 (6:00 p.m.) and a Regular Board Meeting on Sept. 26, 2024 (6:00 p.m.). The meeting adjourned at 6:32 p.m.; the minutes are signed by Kristin Papke, Clerk.
