Personnel approvals listed in the minutes included hires effective in August 2024: Megan Laffen (bus driver, effective Aug. 27), Victoria Klick (van driver, Aug. 27), Rachael Thelin (elementary paraprofessional, Aug. 22), Emma Nelson (5th-grade teacher, Aug. 22), Shannon Wood (.5 high school choir teacher, Aug. 22), Christa Sorenson (elementary paraprofessional, Aug. 22), Jeffrey Hicks (assistant football coach, effective Aug. 6), Tristen Geving (elementary paraprofessional, Aug. 22), and Coleman McDonough (high school principal, effective Aug. 12). Resignations recorded included Taylor Conrad (effective July 19), Tara Knajdek (effective July 26), William Sheffield (effective Aug. 6), and Krystal Servaty (effective Aug. 23, 2023). The minutes also record an FMLA leave request for Janet Wagener effective approximately July 23–Aug. 20, 2024.
