The board record shows the decision followed staff evaluations and teacher collaboration during the pilot period.
The board’s action is recorded as an adoption motion with a recorded 5–0 voice vote. Implementation steps, including training and rollout timing, were discussed by staff but no revision to the district calendar was tied to the adoption at the March 12 meeting.
