The board approved several service agreements and independent contracts for 2025–26. Approved services include mental health therapy with Stellher Human Services, licensed occupational therapy with MYNA Therapy (up to 24 hours per week), and online telehealth .2 FTE school psychologist services with MIYO Health at a rate of $87.00 per hour.
The board also approved independent contracts (community education coordinator Melvin Buckholtz; payroll/employee benefits coordinator Theresa McBrady; technology coordinator Marcus Oatis; facilities manager Dustin Wroolie) and a consulting agreement with Gregg Parks to support the superintendent transition in a lump-sum payment of $5,000. The minutes record an agreement to purchase blind/visually impaired services from Park Rapids ISD 309 for $4,281.00 for the coming school year. All these consent items were approved unanimously.
