"The total package for the CSS contract is an 8.87% total increase and the total financial investment is $94,101," Lind said.
Lind also reviewed the OAP contract (same term), which covers 118 administrative professionals. The agreement provides a 5% base increase in year one, a 2% base increase in year two, and a one‑time $1,000 stipend for eligible employees; the district estimated the total two‑year cost at about $765,156. The board moved, seconded and approved both contracts by recorded voice votes of 6–0.
District officials said payroll and HR would begin implementation steps following ratification and that terms fall within board‑approved financial parameters.
