Maple Grove EDA approves prior minutes, adjourns to City Council meeting
Summary
The EDA approved its Dec. 15, 2025 minutes and adjourned the May 18 meeting to the City Council meeting; both motions carried by recorded votes of five ayes and no nays.
At the May 18 EDA meeting Vice President Kristy Janigo moved and Commissioner Jon McCullough seconded a motion to approve the December 15, 2025 EDA meeting minutes. The minutes record that upon President Steffenson calling the motion there were "five ayes and no nays," and the motion passed.
Later in the meeting Commissioner Rachelle Johnson moved and Commissioner Mike Ostaffe seconded a motion to adjourn the EDA meeting to the City Council meeting. President Steffenson called the motion and the minutes again record five ayes and no nays; the meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
