Jason Neumeyer of Polco presented the 2026 Maple Grove Community Survey results, telling the council the city received 890 mailed responses and 497 online responses for an overall response rate of 19%. He said 47 questions received higher ratings than in 2022, 10 were similar and one — drinking water — received a lower rating.
"Maple Grove residents continue to report and exceptional quality of life," Neumeyer said during the presentation and noted safety remained a defining community strength. Councilmember Rachelle Johnson asked whether the response rate was typical; Neumeyer replied the city’s 19% rate was well above the 12%–15% normal range. The council voted unanimously to accept the report.
